Summer Fun!

Kids ready to get in the pool for their last day of swim lessons..fun! fun! I was happy I got off work early so I could take them and watch them :)
Haha you have to adore all of the missing teeth and big teeth growing in. Cute stuff!

Ashlynn is on the far left and, well...Logan is the only boy there so I think he's easy to pick out without my help

After swim I decided to take the kids to the park since it was 93 outside.

After all the fun swimming and playing at the park I had to top the day off with a dinner date with my kids. We went out to Chinese food. Soooo good!! It was nice to hang out with the little munchkins for a day
Mac is Ashlynn's buddy. She loves him to death!!

Our Whale Watching Trip!!

Edit PostsThis is the boat we went on for the whale watching tour

The tour was a total of 6 hours. We started in Anacortes as shown on the map above. We went NW up into Canadian waters which is where we saw the orcas. We got to watch the orcas for about 20 minutes. The whole trip out was awesome. Lots of beautiful scenery!!

Will and I headed out!!

The baby whale was pretty playful. It kept jumping out of the water

The orcas went swimming right by that sail boat. We sooo were wishing that we were in the boat with those people! I bet they had an awesome view!

This was a cool little light house sitting out by itself in the middle of a little island on our way back in

Happy Independence Day!!

Fire works shot off the bay in Oak Harbor

At the end of this video there is a fire work that explodes into a heart shape. It's crazy how they do that!!

These fire works, during the grand finale, were the biggest fire works I had ever seen! They were awesome! A couple of the mortars wouldn't even fit completely into the cameras view.

Will and I agreed that this was the coolest 4th we have had. The community in Oak Harbor comes together and has such an awesome festival to celebrate. Watching the fireworks over the bay with the carnival lights in the back was pretty. It was just an overall awesome 4th of July. If anyone ever has the chance, Oak Harbor is a great place to go for the 4th!
The day before the 4th of July, Will and I decided to take a walk along the bay in Oak Harbor. There was a carnival going on next to the bay were they have made a little man made salt water pond for swimming in. This town is so picture perfect!!

This little bridge divides the pond from the bay

Hmmm... Will doesn't look to happy watching kid movies..

Come on Will you know you wanna smile!! Kids movies are great!

Logan is so serious around strangers... even ones that look like Lions in the parade! haha
The kids wanted to build a driftwood fort on the beach. I think Will and I got more into making it then the kids haha.
All of us in the fort
