Our Whale Watching Trip!!

Edit PostsThis is the boat we went on for the whale watching tour

The tour was a total of 6 hours. We started in Anacortes as shown on the map above. We went NW up into Canadian waters which is where we saw the orcas. We got to watch the orcas for about 20 minutes. The whole trip out was awesome. Lots of beautiful scenery!!

Will and I headed out!!

  1. Looks fun! Apparently, you don't have the sea-sickness problem I encountered on my 14 HOUR trip to see birds!

  3. Did you know that Orcas, popularly known as Killer Whales, are the largest of the dolphins and are highly successful predators? They feed on fish, seals, and sometimes, whales. Do you plan on having another boat trip and whale watching activity soon? If you do, try going to Alaska in summer. =D
